We appreciated the comforts of this brand-new hotel. The staff and the host were all very attentive and best. Location: the property was close to Tulum. Dined at La Colifata Restaurant, it was at a short distance from the venue;)))

i had a lovely time at this aparthotel, especially enjoying the super clean space and how braulio were very good too help me with everything from bike rentals to cenote visits, making it super convenient to explore all the nearby attractions including cenotes casa tortuga and very nice local dining experiences just a short stroll away like la colifata and safari comedor zama.

Wow, where do I begin? The apartment had a spacious, awesome terrace perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in Tulum vibes! Plus, Braulio, our concierge, was a superstar, giving us insider tips for nearby feasting at La Colifata and hitting up very nice local dining spots like Safari Comedor Zama-all within a quick stroll.

We stayed in Tower B, and it was pretty noisy with a bustling road right outside were nice. The WiFi acted up too, leaving us in a bit of a digital daze at times.

The spacious penthouse was stylish and perfect for our needs. Braulio was helpful.

The service of the staff was great, they were friendly and so helpful with every little thing we needed. Braulio especially made it lovely, always checking in to make sure we were happy and even arranged some amazing local dining experiences. Having a kitchen in our room was super convenient, and the private patio was perfect for morning coffee.

Although the rooftop pool was a bit cramped, the beautiful views made for an enjoyable atmosphere. The location, while tranquil, felt slightly removed from more vibrant areas of the town, which might not suit everyone.

The penthouse apartment showcased high-end finishes, perfectly matching the photos. Staff provided really good service. Recommendations for dining were spot on and made our evenings enjoyable. The noise from the surrounding road made it difficult to relax at times. The rooftop pool, while beautiful, felt crowded and could benefit from additional lounging space.

Staff was great when I needed them. the hotel was conveniently located near the town. A nice perk was having La Pebeta close by for some yummy tea and coffee ☕.
